Recipe: Raspberry Lemonade

2L sparkling water
6 lemons
1 packet of raspberries
3 tablespoons sugar

1. Cut all the lemons in half and using a jucier squeeze all the juice out & pour into a jug

2. Mash all the raspberries (leaving 4 or 5 for decoration afterwards if you wish) in a sieve above a saucepan, then add in the sugar and heat until slightly bubbling whilst constantly mixing then add to the lemon juice

3. Give it a good stir and then slowly add in the fizzy water (adding it too quickly will make it all bubble up!)

4. Have a quick taste & add more sugar if needed. If not pour gently into bottles and there you have it!

  1. Mmmm I love raspberry lemonade, but I've never tried to make it before. This recipe seems pretty darn easy and I think I'll have to try it!
